I confirm that I am aware of the risks of such undertakings and that I may run the risk of losing some or all of the sums invested. Such risks may include (but are not necessarily limited to):

• illiquidity of investment

• No guarantee of repayment

• Not protected by the FSCS

• A collapse in the market in which the companies in whom I invest are concerned

• Reliance on key personnel

• Insolvency of key contractors
